We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and technical solutions to enterprise customers.
This role involves working closely with user interface technologies, debugging complex issues, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Investigate and resolve customer issues related to UI/UX functionality in web and mobile applications.
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
* Document known issues, solutions, and best practices to build internal knowledge bases.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in UI development or technical support involving web or mobile interfaces. They should also have proficiency in at least two of the following: CSS, AJAX, React JS, Graph QL, Angular JS or mobile app development. Familiarity with cloud or web-based applications is also desirable. Additionally the candidate should have a working knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
Able to understand complex technical issues communicate solutions clearly preferred skills include prior experience supporting SaaS software platforms exposure debugging tools environments like eclipse xcode android studio sauce labs performance diagnostics analysis.
