Operational Excellence Professional
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Operational Excellence Professional. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across various sites.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing quality. They will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and root cause analyses to drive process improvements.
* Deploy Lean Six Sigma programs and build internal capability through training and coaching.
* Develop and implement operational standards, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
* Monitor and report on site performance metrics, support digital transformation initiatives, and develop systems to improve operational performance.
* Mentor and support project leads, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, Industrial, or related field).
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or operations environment, preferably in pharma, biotech, or med tech.
* Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
* Energy, enthusiasm, and capability to drive change, with a commitment to challenge how we currently operate.
* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a complex, fast-paced environment.
* Strong collaborative and influencing skills, with the ability to build a culture of positive engagement.
* Passion for continuous improvement, demonstrated interpersonal and leadership qualities.
