Job Title: QA Operations Specialist
Location: Multiple locations in the United Kingdom
Pfizer, one of the world’s leading biopharmaceutical companies, is currently seeking a QA Operations Specialist for multiple locations in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of Pfizer’s products and processes.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GMP, company policies, and regulations
* Conduct quality investigations and root cause analysis for deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs
* Review and approve batch records, logbooks, and other quality documents
* Manage change controls, deviations, and CAPAs in a timely and effective manner
* Participate in internal and external audits, and assist with inspection readiness activities
* Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency
* Provide training on quality-related topics to staff and colleagues
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field with 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical quality operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Thorough understanding of GMP and other relevant regulations
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems in pharmaceutical industry
