The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Analyst to play a key role in our permanent and independent risk management function. This position involves maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and submitting insightful findings. You will report to the Chief Risk Officer and work closely with our established Risk Management Framework.
The Day-to-Day:
* You will maintain our risk events register and risk registers, providing key risk indicator reporting and related documentation.
* Compile and update the Risk and Controls Self-Assessment annually.
* Responsible for risk reporting to the Joint Risk Committee, Board of Directors, and other applicable forums.
* Manage the annual update of our Risk Management framework, ICT Risk Management Framework, and related policies and procedures covering various risks, including Third Party Risk.
* Support the annual update of the Internal Capital and Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ICLAAP) and related regulatory disclosures.
* Conduct regulatory gap analysis on selected topics concerning risk.
* Maintain stakeholder relationships with domestic and foreign business partners and senior leadership.
Your Qualifications:
* A university degree or equivalent combination of education/experience is required in fields such as economics, risk management, or accounting.
* At least 4 years of experience in a risk management role within financial services or consulting.
* Dynamism and receptiveness to an ever-changing environment.
* Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced team environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Comfortable managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar software.
