Deputy Housekeeping Manager Opportunity
As Deputy Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff across sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
This role involves supervising and training housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness standards and schedules. You will also collaborate with the Group Housekeeping Manager to manage inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning supplies.

* Conduct regular inspections to maintain presentation standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
* Manage work schedules, staffing levels, and address performance issues within the team.
* Provide excellent guest service, respond promptly to requests, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 year supervisory experience in a similar property or busy hotel environment.
* Understanding of laundry operations, high-end housekeeping management, and ability to motivate and lead a strong team.
* Excellent people skills to manage a large division of people, attention to detail, and good knowledge of written and spoken English.
* Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team on own initiative.
* Availability and flexibility for early starts, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays.
