Our client based in Navan is recruiting for a Document Controller able to support their site teams working throughout Leinster.
You will need 1 year of experience performing in a similar role, able to manage document tracking and distribution, contribute towards quality control, and assist with audits/reports.
The Role
Support the site teams across the organisation
Recording and tracking documents for site, able to log, distribute promptly, and keep updated various instructions from consultants, clients, and project managers.
Distribution, and filing of all project-related correspondence for the project team, ensure that all relevant information is issued
Contribute towards documentation reports and assist with site audits
Monitor document quality, making sure they adhere to project standards and templates
Partaking in general site administration and office management duties
Requirements
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a Documentation Control position within the Construction Industry
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
Familiarity with engineering documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability in learning new systems
Capable of handling large amounts of information
