About Your New Job
* Lead Audit Engagements:
Manage and oversee the execution and completion of audit fieldwork as the lead on the audit engagement team.
* Ensure Compliance:
Ensure audit files are completed by the team within planned timeframes and present them for review.
* Client Interaction:
Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the audit process, building and strengthening relationships.
* Team Supervision:
Supervise and communicate effectively with other audit staff, addressing their training needs and ensuring timely job delivery.
* Varied Work:
The role will incorporate both audit and audit-exempt work, providing a diverse range of responsibilities.
What Skills You Need
* Qualifications:
ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
* Technical Proficiency:
Strong multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), and experience with Bright Accounts Production and Revenue Online Service (ROS) is an advantage.
* Communication Skills:
Excellent administrative, organisational, verbal, and written communication skills.
