Our client requires an experienced Mechanical Quantity Surveyor, working on large scale industrial buildings projects across Ireland. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory legislation and internal policies and procedures. Liaising effectively with the Project Director and Contracts Manager to drive project success. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with Client Representatives to ensure positive collaboration throughout the duration of each project. 1. Ensure accurate quotations are received from sub-contractors within specified time frames; 2. Negotiate fixed price premiums which are cost-effective;
