We are looking for aReceptionist/Administrative Assistantfor ourKilkenny Cityoffice.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors – both in person and over the phone
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
* Provide general administrative support to the wider office team
* Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and database management
* Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and well-organised reception area
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars where required
* Handle incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
Candidate Profile:
* At least 1 year of experience in a reception or administrative role (professional services or office-based environment preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
* A proactive approach and the ability to work on your own initiative
* A professional, friendly, and positive attitude with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
