We are a growing_ Aesthetic & Dermatology Clinic in South Dublin_, looking for a creative and strategic Community Manager to join our team and elevate our online presence.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook).
* Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with our brand voice.
* Interact daily with our community: respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
* Collaborate with our medical team to communicate treatments, results, and educational content.
* Track performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics.
* Assist with coordination of promotions, events, and campaigns.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager (preferably in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness) - Mandatory
* Strong understanding of video content and engagement strategies.
* Excellent English communication and writing skills.
* Basic photo/video editing skills (Reels/TikTok experience is a plus).
* Ability to work independently and propose fresh creative ideas.
* Understanding of aesthetic rejuvenation treatments (e.g., PRP, microneedling) and passion for beauty, skincare, and aesthetic medicine is highly valued.
* Based in Dublin or nearby towns.
