We are seeking highly skilled Tactical Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network, executing strategic merchandising initiatives across all main 32 counties of Ireland.
Role Description
We are hiring Tactical Retail Merchandisers in Ireland. Responsibilities include executing merchandising plans, creating attractive product displays, managing planograms, collaborating with retail partners to optimize product placement, and supporting promotional or tactical activities such as product launches and audits. Regular interactions with customers and team members are part of daily operations to ensure the highest level of service and trade excellence.

You will receive detailed work instructions, including planned routes and store visit schedules. This role involves implementing merchandising strategies across a variety of retail channels, including:
* Supermarkets
* Pharmacies
* Hardware & paint stores
* Department stores
* Other retail outlets
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and customer service skills for engaging with clients and retail staff effectively
* Retail experience combined with strong sales and marketing skills to promote products and drive sales growth
* Ability to organize and execute merchandising plans and maintain visual standards in retail displays
* Proactive approach to task management and a commitment to achieving business goals
* Previous experience in a tactical role or similar environment is advantageous but not mandatory
* Flexibility to adapt to different locations and handle physical aspects of the role efficiently
* Strong communication skills in English to engage effectively with store managers
* Own transport and willingness to travel extensively
* Permission to work in Ireland
