General Services ManagerLocation: Limerick, IrelandSalary: €80,000 – €90,000 + Sodexo BenefitsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced General Services Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management (IFM) services at a large, regulated client site in Limerick. This is a senior, client-facing role with full responsibility for service delivery, financial performance, compliance, and people leadership.You will act as the single point of contact for all FM activities on site, ensuring outstanding service delivery, strong client relationships, and full regulatory compliance, while driving continuous improvement and commercial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the delivery of multiple FM services across the siteTake full ownership of contract performance, KPIs, SLAs, and complianceManage financial performance including budgets, forecasting, P&L and cost controlBuild and maintain strong client relationships, leading regular performance reviewsProvide visible, confident leadership to multidisciplinary site teamsEnsure full compliance with Health & Safety, GMP/GDP, and regulatory requirementsWork collaboratively with central and segment subject matter expertsIdentify and deliver service improvements, efficiencies, and growth opportunitiesDrive high standards of employee engagement, performance, and developmentAbout YouEssential:Proven experience in a senior management role within an outsourced or IFM environmentStrong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L managementSignificant experience working in a regulated environment (GMP/GDP), ideally 5+ yearsExcellent client relationship and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated leadership experience managing large, diverse teamsStrong communication, influencing, and decision-making skillsDesirable:Facilities, Engineering, or Technical qualificationExperience in pharmaceutical or FMCG environmentsNEBOSH (or equivalent) qualificationBIFM or other relevant professional qualificationsWhat's on OfferA senior leadership role within a high-profile contractOpportunity to make a real impact on service excellence and client satisfactionSupportive matrix structure with access to expert central teamsCareer development within a large, global organisationApplyIf you are a driven, commercially minded facilities leader with experience in regulated environments and a passion for service excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
