Information Security Risk Analyst Job Overview
Reperio Human Capital seeks a talented Information Security Risk Analyst to join a global financial services organisation with a rapidly expanding Dublin presence.
* Support cybersecurity risk assessments across internal systems and third-party vendors
* Track remediation plans and follow up on outstanding risk items
* Maintain comprehensive risk registers and supporting documentation
* Assist in updating policies, standards, and governance frameworks
* Contribute to strategic reporting for management and audit functions
* Engage with stakeholders to communicate risks and mitigation strategies
* Support regulatory alignment with GDPR, SOX, and NIS2 requirements
* Identify improvements to risk workflows and tooling processes
Key Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in information security, GRC, or risk management
* Strong documentation and organisational skills
* Understanding of cyber risk concepts and controls
* Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
* Experience working with policies, standards, or frameworks
* Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
* Comfortable working with stakeholders across the business
