Executive Assistant to Executive Lead of Engineering & Computing
Temporary 6-month contract
Fully Onsite Position in North Dublin
Salary: €41,500 - €48,000 ( pay scale, predicated on experience)
Overview:
Our client seeks a Personal Assistant for the Executive Lead of Engineering & Computing. This is a temporary, 6-month position. The successful candidate will provide PA support to the Executive Lead and broader administrative support to the department.
Responsibilities:
* Provide PA support including scheduling and managing appointments and meetings.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries.
* Manage outgoing communications from the Executive Lead of Engineering & Computing.
* Manage the Executive Leads office operations, including meetings, agendas, minutes and supplies.
* Maintain the office's finances and accounts.
* Manage the Executives' financial affairs, including expenses.
* Manage filing, retention and disposal of documentation.
* Assist with proof-reading and editing faculty reports.
* Plan events and provide logistical support for meetings and functions.
* Support the Departments internationalisation strategy, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
* Act as the first point of welcome for international stakeholders.
* Prioritise and lead special projects.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate plus 5 years’ experience as Executive / Personal Assistant
* Demonstrated ability in the use of various IT systems and packages.
* Strong data analysis, presentation and reporting skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience of external stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of judgment, confidentiality and discretion.

Remuneration:
Salary: €41,500 - €48,000 (pay scale, predicated on experience)
Additional Information:
* This role does not meet criteria for a Critical Skills permit.
