Overview
My client, a well-established manufacturing in Co. Kilkenny, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator (12 month contract job) for their facility. This is a 12 month contract job with hybrid work model after 6 months.

Key duties & responsibilities:
* Process customer orders phone/email
* Oversee and manage paperwork for product replacements/returns
* Assist with orders, customer quotations, product samples
* Liaise with various department re product/customer queries
* Perform other duties assigned by management
What are we looking for?
* 2 years experience working in a customer service office-based role
* Strong Technical customer facing experience essential.
* Computer savvy – proficiency in Microsoft Office packages – Word & Excel and general IT computer skills
* Experience with ERP/CRM systems – preferable
* Must be a team player
* Extremely organised and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Strong attention to detail
* Fluency in English written & oral.
