Access Healthcare is a Recruitment Consultancy based in the city‑centre of Dublin. We’re currently expanding and thus looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our driven and motivated team.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for finding the best candidates for our clients. To do this, you’ll post job ads, review CVs, and spend most of your day on the phone trying to assess a candidate's calibre.
However, this isn’t the most exciting part about what we do. The reason why our recruiters are so fulfilled is actually a completely different one: our clear and meritocratic promotion structure. Your profile:
* You have between 1 and 3 years of previous experience in any field (sales, B2B, and call-handling roles are beneficial), with proof of success (such as long tenures and promotions)
* You’re a driven top performer with experience working with commission and/or in a goal-oriented environment (KPIs, targets, metrics)
* You’re an evident great communicator and negotiator, ready to start your journey towards a coveted leadership position.
