Our client, a specialist corporate finance advisory firm, is seeking an ambitious Corporate Finance Advisor to join their Dublin team. The firm advises SME clients across sectors on M&A, fundraising, and strategic transactions. This is a hands -on role offering direct exposure to business owners, investors, and deal execution in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and support M&A transactions from origination to close Advise on equity and debt fundraising, prepare investor materials, and engage with capital providers Deliver strategic growth and corporate finance advice to SME clients Build and manage strong client relationships Conduct market, competitor, and sector analysis Support business development through networking and pitch preparation
Requirements: Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics; professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) an advantage 3–5 years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proactive, detail -focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects Understanding of the Irish SME and capital markets is desirable
