Help us shape the future of responsible third-party risk management
We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team within Group Procurement.
This is a high impact role for a compliance professional who wants to operate at the intersection of regulation, ESG, operational resilience and strategic supplier management.
As regulatory expectations continue to evolve across Ireland, the UK and the EU, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring our third party ecosystem is compliant, resilient, ethical and sustainable.
You will have meaningful exposure to senior leadership, the opportunity to influence enterprise wide frameworks, and a clear pathway to broader leadership roles within Procurement, Risk or Sustainability.
In this role, you will:
This role goes beyond traditional compliance.
You will help design, embed and continuously evolve the Group's Third Party Risk and Compliance framework, ensuring it not only meets regulatory requirements but also supports our long term sustainability and responsible sourcing ambitions.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Risk, Legal, Sustainability and the wider business, acting as a trusted advisor on third party compliance, ESG risk and regulatory change.
Lead the development and enhancement of the TPRM compliance framework, policies and technical standards, ensuring alignment with key regulatory requirements including:
EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing
Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)
Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) expectations
Relevant Irish, UK and EU regulatory standards
Champion ESG and sustainability within Third Party Risk Management, embedding environmental, social and ethical considerations into supplier onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment and ongoing monitoring.
Ensure third party compliance with ethical sourcing, sustainability and conduct standards, working closely with Sustainability, Procurement and Risk teams to drive responsible supplier behaviour.
Monitor regulatory change and emerging ESG risk themes, translating complex requirements into clear, practical policies, controls and guidance.
Plan and execute internal compliance assessments and reviews, evaluating the effectiveness of TPRM controls and identifying opportunities to strengthen the Group's risk and compliance posture.
Provide clear, insightful reporting to senior management, including risk themes, regulatory impacts, remediation plans and strategic recommendations.
Influence and partner across the organisation, helping to build a strong, proactive compliance and ESG led culture within third party management.
What will make you stand out?
We are looking for a candidate who combines strong technical expertise with the confidence to lead and influence in a regulated environment.
You will bring:
Significant experience in compliance and/or risk management within Third Party Risk Management, ideally within Financial Services in Ireland or the UK.
Proven experience conducting TPRM risk assessments, compliance reviews and audits, with a track record of identifying issues and driving effective remediation.
Hands on experience developing and maintaining TPRM compliance frameworks, policies and procedures, ideally aligned to regulatory expectations and industry best practice.
Experience embedding ESG, sustainability or ethical sourcing considerations into third party risk, procurement or compliance processes.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory and ESG requirements and translate them into actionable, business focused solutions.
Familiarity with TPRM or compliance technology platforms used for risk assessment, monitoring and reporting eg Coupa, Fusion
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging confidently with senior leaders and executive level stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role, based primarily at Baggot Plaza, Dublin.
