Operational Support Specialist
This role is designed to support the day-to-day operations of a busy branch in Charleville. The successful candidate will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure operational excellence, outstanding service delivery, and continued commercial growth.
* Sales performance through proactive customer engagement and business development initiatives
* Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold company standards
* Inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory or management experience within builders providers, construction supply, or a related industry. They will also possess strong product knowledge of building materials and related trades, along with excellent communication and organisational abilities.
