Job Title: Compensation Specialist

This role involves overseeing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end payroll cycles and possess excellent knowledge of tax legislation and employment law.

Key Responsibilities:
\

* Manage monthly payroll cycles for employees across multiple jurisdictions
\
* Evaluate and implement payroll systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency
\
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data privacy in line with GDPR and internal policies
\
* Collaborate with HR and Finance on budget planning, headcount reporting, and regulatory submissions
\
\
Requirements:
\
\
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a payroll role, with at least 2 years at manager level
\
* Proven experience running end-to-end payroll in Ireland
\
* Excellent knowledge of Irish tax legislation, payroll regulations, and employment law
\
* Strong systems experience and Excel proficiency
\
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
\
* High attention to detail, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive data
\
