Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading and coordinating layouts and generating tender and construction documentation
2. Under Senior guidance, you will be responsible for the development of sketch/conceptual design.
3. Capable of leading BIM/Revit projects through the detail design stages.
4. Strengths post-planning through technical packages, coordination, delivery and on-site project stages.
5. Excel with technical drawings, specifications, schedules using Revit, aligning with project standards and schedules.
6. Ensuring all designs adhere to standards and are constructible.
7. Collaborate with Project Manager/Contract Administrator and conduct site visits to provide construction and technical support.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology from an RIAI-accredited programme
9. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in architectural practice
10. Strong knowledge of building design, construction, and technology
11. A proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
12. Detailed knowledge of the Irish building regulations
13. Communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
14. Strong technical and construction knowledge is essential for this role, combined with detailing, design development and tender pack assembly.
