Description du poste Change & Transformation Responsible for the development and design of an overall transformation strategy that supports overall organisation strategy and objectives.
Lead drive and ensure delivery of transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and change within the CACI organisation.
Develop and implement change management frameworks tools and best practice.
Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
Support the COO in mobilising cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives, leveraging leadership and change management capabilities to ensure successful outcomes.
Establish and maintain robust performance metrics and evaluation frameworks; analyse project outcomes and provide transparent, data-driven updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and impact on strategic goals.
Stakeholder Engagement & Mobilisation Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, securing buy-in and commitment for transformation efforts, and ensuring alignment between transformation goals and the overall organisational strategy.
Develop strong collaborative relationships with senior leaders managers team leaders and staff to identify opportunities for transformation and continuous improvement Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on change initiatives ensuring successful delivery of initiatives.
Collaborate with various departments, including IT, operations, finance, and HR, to ensure seamless integration of transformation initiatives.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement including technological change and development across the organisation.
Provide training and support to teams to equip them to identify opportunities for change, to improve/re-design processes and to implement new processes and tools including new technology.
Identify opportunities for implementation of AI in line with company and CAA group objectives and policies.
Ensure all initiatives are implemented in line with risk compliance and HR policies and procedures.
Report on progress to senior strategic committees using metrics and data analytics to assess achievements and performance in line with strategic objectives.
Additional Responsibilities Promote and model best practices in change management, including stakeholder communication, training, and support systems, to facilitate smooth transitions.
Continuously evaluate emerging trends, tools, and methodologies that enhance transformation processes.
Work with Risk to proactively manage risks and issues associated with transformation projects.
