Insurance Sales Advisor
The primary function of this role will be to obtain sales within the personal lines and commercial side of a leading insurance business. As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you will assist in delivering the highest level of customer service by prospecting and up-selling our range of products while setting up new client accounts.
1. Achieve sales targets through effective prospecting and up-selling techniques;
2. Deal with customer queries and refer unresolved or technical queries to the relevant department;
3. Complete relevant industry qualifications as appropriate;
4. Maintain accurate records and reports for business development purposes;
5. Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders;
