Job Description
As a Business Operations Director, you will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of all support services.
This includes overall responsibility for Human Resources and Compliance. Your key responsibilities will include Governance and Expertise, Leadership and Management, Process Improvement, and Operational Management.
The role involves deputising for the Manager, co-ordinating development of strategic plans, reviewing the company's risk register, and acting as Data Protection Officer. You will also manage a team of operational administrative support staff, oversee new initiatives, and co-ordinate company development procedures.
You will ensure effective human resource policies, recruitment, and training. In conjunction with the Manager and Financial Accountant, you will maintain organisational policies and procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory and legal responsibilities, and lead on H&S assuring ongoing compliance.
The role also involves overseeing reporting, planning, and auditing, as well as participating in team and one-to-one meetings.
