Panel We are looking for a skilled Panel Beater with a minimum of 5 years' experience to join our friendly and professional team in a well-established rural automotive repair centre. Key Responsibilities: Assess and repair vehicle bodywork damage to a high standard. Remove, replace, and realign damaged panels. Use welding, filler, and sanding techniques to restore bodywork. Work with a range of vehicles from modern cars to agricultural and utility vehicles. Liaise with estimators and workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with health & safety standards. Required Experience and Skills: Minimum 5 years' experience as a panel beater in a professional workshop. Strong knowledge of body repair techniques, including welding, panel replacement, and refinishing prep. Competent with both modern and older vehicle types. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team. A relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship is preferred. Desirable Attributes: Enjoys rural or country living and being part of a local community. A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
