Job Description
About the role
As an integral member of our team, you will lead semiconductor development projects from initiation through delivery to internal product teams and business units.
You will own and safeguard the plans of record, including schedules, budgets, resources, key dependencies, deliverables, risks, and milestones.
Beyond individual project execution, you will contribute to improving project and program management flows, driving lessons learned and strengthening operational excellence, while working closely with internal teams and coordinating with external partners such as foundries and OSATs.

Key responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of semiconductor development projects, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, quality, and cost
Own and actively manage the plan of record (POR), including milestones, risks and dependencies
Lead cross-functional execution and reviews, ensuring alignment, timely decisions, and issue resolution across internal teams and external partners
Your profile – Required
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience managing complex SoC / semiconductor development projects from concept to production
Solid understanding of semiconductor development and effective collaboration at the hardware–software interface
Strong execution, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a technical environment
Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (German is a plus)
