Join our dynamic team as an MES Engineer, where you’ll drive digital transformation in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will play a key role in designing, deploying, and optimizing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure production excellence and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support MES solutions to streamline production workflows
Integrate MES with equipment, ERP, and quality systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and improve processes
Troubleshoot MES issues and deliver technical solutions
Ensure regulatory compliance (GMP, FDA, etc.) in MES operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with MES platforms (e.g., Werum, Siemens, Rockwell, etc.)
Pharma manufacturing or GMP environment background desirable
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
