Account Manager
to join its Client Engagement team. The agency works with over 100 leading brands across Retail, SaaS, Finance, B2B and more, and is known for long-standing client relationships, strong results, and a culture of continuous learning and development.
The Role
We are looking for a digital-savvy Account Manager who can build strong client relationships, understand business challenges, and shape integrated strategies that drive measurable growth.
In this role, you will:
* Oversee multi-channel digital strategies across major accounts
* Guide channel specialists in delivering high-performance campaigns
* Communicate insights clearly and manage client expectations
* Spot opportunities for growth and present them effectively
* Work across multiple clients with excellent attention to detail and organisation
This is not a hands-on campaign execution role; instead, you will focus on strategy, communication, problem-solving, and driving business impact.
Must-Have Experience
* Agency experience delivering integrated, multi-channel strategies
* 3+ years managing campaigns in at least one:
Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, or CRM (Email)
* Strong understanding of how other digital channels operate
* Exceptional communication skills, internal and external
* Proven track record of identifying and delivering growth opportunities
* Strong analytical abilities and the skill to translate data into clear insights
* Excellent time management, project ownership, and attention to detail
* Genuine passion for digital marketing and relationship-building
