About the Role:
To succeed as an Assistant Store Manager, you will:
* Support the Store Manager in managing and motivating your team and stepping up to cover the store when needed.
* Create an environment focused on excellent service, achieving performance targets, and accurate stock management, within a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment.
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach in all operational and commercial activities by working alongside your team.
* Ensure communication is current and accurate to meet business needs.
