The Role of a Senior Service Coordinator
This is a pivotal position in the delivery of our services, requiring strong leadership and supervisory skills. We are seeking an individual to oversee daily operations and ensure that our service aligns with national standards and best practices.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the Service Manager with service management tasks such as person-centred planning, resource allocation, and staff supervision.
* Ensure that each individual's life reflects our organisation's core values: dignity, respect, and a rights-based approach.
Key Qualifications and Experiences:
* A relevant third-level qualification in Social Care or Health Sector.
* Current Live Register Certificate from NMBI or Social Care qualification registered with or eligible to register with CORU by 2025.
* An appropriate qualification in Health and Social Care Management (QQI Level 6).
Advantages:
* Prior experience in managing a staff team, demonstrating proven ability to lead, motivate, empower, and achieve results through people.
* A minimum of three years' post-qualification experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
