Program Manager
Location: Co. Mayo
Purpose
The Program Manager will lead the implementation of Electronic Batch Record and Review by Exception (RBE) systems over a two-year period. This role provides technical leadership and strategic guidance to a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with Quality System requirements, business objectives, and broader Digital Transformation goals. The Program Manager will oversee change management, system validation, and cross-functional collaboration, driving the delivery of an integrated, right-first-time solution.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, design, validation, and implementation of eBR and RBE.
* Develop and manage a detailed project plan, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
* Define, document, and gain consensus on system validation processes in line with global IT and Quality standards.
* Maintain compliance with all relevant IT and Quality policies and procedures.
* Track and manage program costs and resource requirements.
* Design and implement a framework to measure and report financial benefits and ROI.
* Provide regular updates to the Director of Digital Transformation, Site Leadership Team, and ME&C management.
* Coordinate a cross-functional matrix team including internal stakeholders and external contractors.
* Promote knowledge sharing, cross-training, and project management best practices across the team.
* Contribute to the broader Digital Transformation strategy of the site.
* Champion and comply with EHS and E standards, procedures, and policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Science, or Technology).
* A formal Project Management qualification is an advantage.
Experience & Skills
* 6+ years’ experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or process/product development.
* Proven experience in managing and executing cross-functional programs or projects.
* Strong leadership and influencing skills, including the ability to align stakeholders across departments and management levels.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with system validation in regulated environments is highly desirable.
* Financial tracking and benefit realization expertise is a strong plus.
Additional Information
* This role has no direct reports, but will manage cross-functional project teams, including contractors.
* The position operates independently, with strategic oversight from the Director of Digital Transformation.
