Key Responsibilities: Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations Ensure consistency in food quality, hygiene, and presentation Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff Assist with menu planning, stock management, and ordering Maintain adherence to HACCP and food safety standards Candidate Requirements: Minimum 23 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie Relevant culinary qualifications preferred Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills Strong knowledge of HACCP and kitchen safety practices Flexibility to work weekends and shifts as required
