Strengthen Governance: Implement group‑wide financial controls and manage inter‑company accounting and eliminations.
Team Leadership: Manage and develop our finance team, including Ireland‑based and remote staff.
Who You Are

Qualified: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (or equivalent).
Experienced: Typically 3–5 years PQE with a background in practice (Big Four or mid‑tier preferred).
Technical: Strong capability in FRS 102 and/or IFRS, specifically with group consolidations.
Global Mindset: Proven experience managing multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions.
Industry Savvy: Experience in software, tech, or professional services is a major plus.
Qualifications
Comprehensive experience in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Strong analytical skills and finance expertise for developing insights, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
Proficiency in accounting principles, processes, and software tools.
Excellent organisational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications, such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA, are a strong advantage.
Prior experience in the construction or technology sector is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
