Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong attitude towards work and a passion for supporting others.
* No formal qualifications are required for Assistant Support Workers; however, relevant life experience is desirable.
* Social Care Workers require a Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or a related field. Relevant life experience is also desirable.
* A Full Driver's Licence is necessary for both roles.

Working Hours
