Job Title: Financial Reporting Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Leader to join our team.
* Responsibilities include reviewing and delivering full monthly management accounts across multiple countries, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with US GAAP.
* Full Trial Balance preparation and maintenance of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations are also key responsibilities.
* The annual statutory financial statement audits for a portfolio of entities will be led by the successful candidate.
This leadership role involves managing, developing, and strengthening the financial reporting team. Key areas include people management, performance management, training & development, as well as fostering strong relationships between finance and non-finance teams to support business decisions.
