This opportunity comes at one of the most exciting times in our group history as we expand our brand portfolio.Job Description:The Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting the sales team within a motor dealership. This role ensures all vehicle sales transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer and dealership standards. The position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of the motor trade.Key Responsibilities:Sales Processing & Documentation· Prepare and process all new and used vehicle orders.· Complete and check sales documentation including invoices, order forms, registration documents, and finance paperwork.· Liaise with Revenue for vehicle registrations· Ensure all vehicle handover packs and documentation are complete.Coordination & Communication· Work closely with sales executives, sales managers, and the accounts team to ensure smooth workflow.· Communicate with customers regarding documentation, delivery dates, and vehicle status when required.· Liaise with manufacturers and finance companies to ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping.Systems & Data Management· Maintain accurate records of vehicle stock and status updates.· Update dealership management systems.· Process vehicle taxation and registration.· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.Compliance & Quality· Ensure all documentation meets GDPR and motor trade compliance standards.· Maintain high levels of accuracy to prevent delays, errors, or financial discrepancies.· Support audits and adhere to dealership and manufacturer processes.Qualifications & Skills:· Previous experience in the motor trade, ideally within a sales administration role.
