1. Outbound Sales Calls: Contact potential customers from provided leads to sell products and services
2. Identify customer needs and provide information on product features and benefits
3. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential new customers and market opportunities
4. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information
5. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and networking
6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
7. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
8. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to encourage repeat business
9. Sales Administration: Record sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system
10. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and other sales documents
11. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and initiatives
12. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
