Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic Human Capital Partner. This role will report directly to the Head of HR Operations and be responsible for providing strategic support to diverse business units and management teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that drive cultural change
* Lead the resolution of complex HR and ER queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
* Support external recruitment efforts and internal talent development programs
* Develop and implement HR change projects, analyzing internal metrics and emerging trends
* Provide oversight on training and learning development initiatives
* Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business success and growth
Requirements:
* Hold a third-level degree in HR, business studies, or a related discipline
* Possess 3-4+ years' experience in a similar HRBP or Senior HR Generalist role, ideally within a large-scale services environment
* Have strong analytical skills, excellent IT abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
* Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, and engagement skills
* Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results-driven projects
