Community Hub Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Hub Project Worker to coordinate the implementation of our national peer-support initiative for people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with internal staff and external partners to deliver day-to-day program activities, manage timelines, track outputs, and ensure alignment with project goals.
2. Develop and maintain a secure online platform that provides accessible support services for users. This includes moderating forums, virtual support groups, and peer interactions on the platform.
3. Promote inclusive participation through active outreach and tailored supports for individuals affected by MND in regional communities across Ireland.
4. Create engaging content that showcases community stories highlighting accessibility strategies used during events such as meetups or workshops organized annually across different locations throughout Ireland.
5. Analyse user feedback collected via surveys, interviews,and focus groups./span>./td>.
