IT Lab Support Specialist
This is a challenging role for an experienced IT professional with at least 5 years of experience in similar environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support operational activities and end-user services for laboratory systems
* Manage ServiceNow requests to ensure timely resolution
* Perform and monitor regular analytical PC backups
* Author technical procedures and work instructions for IT-related tasks
* Contribute to investigations, CAPAs, and Change Controls processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
* Familiarity with networking principles and protocols
* Basic understanding of Active Directory management
* Experience working with IT ticketing systems
