As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager you will report to the Deputy General Manager / General Manager.
You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.
You will lead the day-to-day delivery of service across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistently high standards, strong team engagement, and smooth operational performance.
You will work closely with senior management and department heads to ensure a seamless guest journey throughout the hotel.
This is a floor-led role, ideal for a manager who leads from the front and takes real pride in service excellence.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The overall success and operation of the Bar, Restaurant, Coffee dock and Banqueting departments.
Directly lead the heads of the F&B departments.
Ensure that all staff are consistently motivated and engaged to deliver excellence in service.
Succession Planning – Lead the development and continuous learning of the hotel staff.
Ensure the best level of customer care within the property.
Support the profitability and cost management of the F&B Department.
Overseeing and maintaing staffing levels in line with the hotels budget.
Striving to maintain both food and beverage GP's.
HACCP compliance.
Actively review guest feedback and incorporate feedback into training.
What You Will Need:
Proven experience as an F&B Manager, C&B Manager, or Operations Manager.
Passion for training, coaching, and team development.
Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues.
Confident, ambitious, and proactive in approach.
A hands-on, service-driven management style.
Be commercially astute and have solid financial awareness.
Understanding of Payroll & GP's.
Understanding of HACCP.
Awareness of Health & Safety in the workplace.
