Job description Restaurant Supervisor Monday - Friday (some weekends involved)€ per hour12-9pmRequirements: Fluent written and spoken English Must reside in Ireland and have a right to workPrevious experience require in a similar roleMust lead by exampleResponsibilities: To manage the restaurant operations on a day-to-day basis working closely with restaurant manager, team leaders and team membersTo oversee and support the overall guest experienceMaintain the highest standards across all areas of the businessOversee stock and cash control, including till reconciliationDeputise for the restaurant manager in their absenceEnsure training records are in place and all staff attend and adhere to standard operating proceduresEnsure there is a written record of all incidents or accidents and report to the restaurant managerPromote a safety culture.Relevant Daily and Weekly checks must be completed with the support of the team and restaurant manager.Lead the day to day operations from a HACCP perspective.
