Your new company is a disability service based in Dublin West and is looking for a HR partner to join the team. This is a dynamic role with remote working options. The role also involves national travel to various services.
Your new role
As HR partner, you will provide professional HR support and guidance to each of the services within your assigned area of support. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment law and regulations. Your role will also involve proactive engagement with Trade Unions in the interests of promoting and maintaining a positive industrial relations climate and resolution of complex employee relations issues. In addition to the provision of day-to-day HR support, the HR Partner will support other ad hoc HR projects as required.
What you'll need to succeed
The role will involve travelling nationally and, as such, you will need to have a current driving licence, your own vehicle and be willing to travel for work. You will also possess a 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management or other HR-related qualification and be CIPD accredited. It is also important that you have experience in a HR Generalist/Coordinator, HR Partner, HR Officer role.
