Job Title: Financial Controller
This is a part-time role, ideal for an experienced professional looking to balance work and personal life. As the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial part in the management of our company's finance and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Preparation and presentation of annual budgets and progress reports;
2. Development of financial reporting packs, including Management Accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow;
3. End-to-end management of finance, payroll, and pension systems and processes;
4. Preparation of tax returns, including VAT and PRSI;
5. Management of banking, investment, and treasury activities;
6. Act as Company Secretary and contribute to strategic and operations agenda.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with audit training background;
* Experience in accounts preparation, report writing, SMEs, statutory tax returns, and company secretarial returns;
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills;
* Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
