Job Title: Senior Retail Operations Manager
Job Description:
This is a dynamic leadership role where you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of a well-established retail store. You'll oversee all aspects of the store's performance, from managing the team to ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage daily store operations, including staffing, customer service, and sales performance.
* Lead and inspire the team, setting a positive example in customer service, efficiency, and store standards.
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and merchandising to ensure availability and effective display of products.
* E nsure the store is well-presented, clean, and compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations.
* Take full responsibility for the store's performance.
* Train, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve individual and store-wide goals.
* Manage and support the implementation of promotions, in-store events, and customer loyalty initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
* 3+ years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Experienced with stock systems and operational procedures.
* Able to take ownership of the store's operations and performance.
* Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* High personal standards and a keen eye for detail.
