Project Control Engineer Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field. We are seeking an experienced Project Control Engineer to join our organization on a 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and performance reporting.
* Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
* Collaborate closely with project managers to define project scope, milestones, resource needs, and deliverables.
* Develop and maintain project cost estimates, budgets, cash flows, and forecasts.
* Prepare weekly and monthly project dashboards, KPI reports, Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, and progress analyses.
* Present project performance summaries to leadership, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
* Identify schedule and cost risks; support quantitative and qualitative risk assessments.
* Evaluate the impact of change requests; update forecasts and schedules accordingly.
* Ensure adherence to change control procedures in line with regulatory compliance requirements.
