We are hiring for our client, a successful, production-led business based in Ashbourne, Co. Meath, North of Dublin.
They are seeking a Temporary HR Officer to support their HR function during a busy period of growth. This is a 6-month fixed term role offering a competitive salary and the chance to contribute meaningfully to daily HR operations across a dynamic site of approximately 90 employees.

The Role:
* 6 month temporary contract offering an immediate start
* Manage and coordinate recruitment and selection processes
* Support onboarding and deliver employee inductions
* Coach and guide managers on day-to-day HR queries
* Handle employee relations issues and support positive engagement
* Maintain and update the North Time Data (NTD) time & attendance system
* Run weekly attendance and HR reports from the NTD system
* Assist with administrative HR tasks and employee file maintenance
* Support the implementation of HR processes and policies site-wide
The Person:
* Previous experience in an HR Officer or generalist HR role
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident managing recruitment and onboarding processes
* Proficient with time & attendance or HR systems (experience with North Time Data is an advantage)
* Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
