Job Description:
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to dairy plant leadership, supporting business goals through people-focused strategies. This role integrates HR expertise with operational understanding of dairy manufacturing, milk procurement, quality, logistics, and sales environments.
This position drives organizational capability, culture, talent development, and workforce effectiveness across dairy operations. You will partner with business leaders across operations, procurement, quality, sales, and supply chain to align HR strategies with business priorities.
You will provide insights on workforce planning, productivity, talent risks, and organizational design. Support change initiatives and continuous improvement programs in dairy plants.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

* Preferred experience in dairy, FMCG, food processing, or manufacturing environments.
* Strong understanding of plant operations, shift-based workforce management, unions and employment law.
