Job Title: CMMS Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled CMMS Administrator with extensive experience in Maximo and planning within the maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in calibration, facilities management, and the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with quality standards and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage maintenance plans using Maximo.
• Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards and cGMP.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure adherence to good documentation practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address maintenance needs and improvements.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the maintenance team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Review and upload calibration results to Maximo.
• Upload work orders to Maximo.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Maximo and maintenance planning.
• Strong background in calibration and facilities management.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance and quality audits.
• Familiarity with good documentation practices and cGMP.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and provide technical guidance.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Additional qualifications in technical fields related to maintenance and engineering.
