Working as part of the IT Service Management team you will help drive improvements by working with others in the team (and partners) on process improvements and helping drive the technology stack.
We are looking for you to join the IT Service Management team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Working within the team and with our partners to enhance out ServiceNow capabilities and monitoring capabilities.
* To continue the journey towards proactive prevention of issues and automation of processes.
* Identify where AI can help reduce ticket time or proactively prevent incidents.
* Actively seek automation opportunities.
* Identify where self-service can be improved.
* Working closely with our IT Partners to ensure they are delivering to expectations and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Working to ITIL framework standards
* Regularly reviewing quality and ensuring we are delivering to high standards
* Working with others in IT and across the business to address any concerns
* Incident Management, Service Requests reviews
* Influence on IT policies and practices
* Engage with 3rd party vendors
* Identifying and managing operational risks.
We want you to take an active role in all the above working closely with Musgrave Colleagues and 3rd party Delivery and Operations teams.
You will have already worked in a role implementing enhancements to an IT ticketing and Monitoring suite of tools
* Identifying automation opportunities
* Tuning alert monitoring
* Developing IT policies and practices
* IT Change management
* DR test management
* Incident management
* Understanding KPIs
* Operation Teams
* Engineering team
* Support Teams
What we're looking for:
* IT orientated Degree or Masters (or equivalent experience)
* Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM (or similar tools) and Monitoring tools similar to LogicMonitor, AppDynamics etc.
* Experience with automation of Infrastructure and Operations
* Proven ability to work as part of a team and encourage a culture of continuous improvement
* Ability to communicate technical information and ideas to diverse audiences
* A proven track record of interaction with diverse technical colleagues and resources in multiple projects through all life-cycle phases
* Positive working relationship with customers and colleagues and an interest in developing a career in a fast-paced dynamic team is essential.
* Experience partnering with third party vendors and hybrid teams.
* Self-motivated, with a proven ability to learn new technology and stay current on industry trends.
* Highly organised, structured and performance driven.
* Personable, proactive, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels across the business to get initiatives delivered.
* Ability to build and sustain relationships that deliver results and effectively collaborative with diverse teams.
* Able to work effectively in a matrix environment.
* Able to work effectively in a hybrid environment (typically working from the office 3 days a week, and remotely for 2 days).

What's nice to have:
* Retail/wholesale industry knowledge and experience working in a large organization.
* Experience with ITIL practices and the ITIL Service life cycle including agile delivery methods.
